1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Guru Daily Fitness is a fitness application that provides:

• AI-generated personalized daily workout plans
• Exercise library with instructional videos
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Workout reminders and notifications

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Limited to 3 AI-generated workouts per day with 7 days of history.

Premium Subscription:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Yearly: $39.99/year (save 33%)

Payment Processing:

• Payments are processed through Google Play Billing
• Your Google account will be charged upon purchase confirmation
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled

Cancellation:

• You can cancel anytime through Google Play Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. Contact Google Play support for refund inquiries.

5. Fitness Disclaimer

By using this App, you acknowledge that:

• You should consult a physician before starting any exercise program
• AI-generated workouts are suggestions, not medical prescriptions
• You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your physical safety
• We are not liable for any injuries resulting from workouts
• You will stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Submit false or misleading information
• Abuse the AI workout generation system

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Guru Daily Fitness and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our App

8. Third-Party Content

The App may include links to third-party content (such as YouTube exercise videos). We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy or availability of third-party content
• Any transactions with third parties
• Third-party privacy practices

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guru Daily Fitness from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time through the App's settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
